Designated Copyright Notice

BitwareTunes is an independent record label releasing original code-native, hybrid, and artist-curated music. We respect legitimate intellectual property rights and maintain a strict policy to review and address substantiated copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and applicable Swedish and European copyright directives.

§01 Our Commitment to Sovereign Authorship

All acts on BitwareTunes (including Dva Brata, Zvekor, Osagt, Cumbión Dormido, Southern Grit Revival, Astral Allies, and the BitwareTunes catalog) operate under dedicated sonic worldbuilding, original prompts, original lyrics, and custom audio engineering pipelines. Music published via The Open Stage is submitted by creators who warrant their rights to the recorded material.

We do not tolerate stolen audio, unauthorized stem sampling, or pirate redistribution. If you believe a composition, vocal performance, or recording on our platform infringes upon your copyright, we will investigate and, if warranted, disable or remove the contested material.

§02 Required Technical Proof for Submissions

To eliminate automated troll claims, bad-faith takedowns, and unsubstantiated grievances, any notification of claimed infringement submitted to BitwareTunes must include full technical proof verifying your status as the genuine rights holder:

§03 How to Submit a Claim

Please transmit your complete claim, including all attached technical proof and project stem verifications, to our designated agent:

§04 Counter-Notice & Restoration Procedure

If material submitted through The Open Stage or released under our imprint is removed pursuant to a notice, we immediately notify the contributing artist. The creator has the legal right to submit a written counter-notification providing technical counter-evidence.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice meeting technical standards, BitwareTunes may reinstate the contested material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original claimant files a formal legal action seeking a court order in a court of competent jurisdiction.
